About Steve
Born in Roseburg, raised in Grants Pass, and graduated from Roseburg High School, Steve has worked in construction since 2005. He also worked as a sound engineer touring with bands internationally and as an audiovisual consultant at engineering firms in Seattle. Yet, he has found the greatest joy and fulfillment comes from building and transforming something into a finished product. Steve has rebuilt houses from the bottom up, and has learned about framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, painting, kitchen and bathroom remodels, stairs, and roofing - all to building code.

What types of work do you do?
We repair most things, excluding appliances. We mainly do kitchen and bathroom remodels. We build and repair retaining walls and sheds. We also do general repairs, assembly furniture and install TV wall mounts.
Which areas do you provide service?
Roseburg, Winston, Looking Glass
How much do you charge?
We always like to meet our clients and visit the jobsite and discuss the proposed work in person. We then follow up with an estimate via email for the client’s review and consideration. If acceptable to the client, we send a deposit request that once paid, secures booking in our schedule. We have an hourly rate but can also agree on fixed fee projects.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. As a general contractor, I have completed pre-license and taken the test, secured a surety bond and provided proof of general liability with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. Anyone can pretend to be a contractor – always be sure to check for OR Contractor Licenses for any contractors you hire!

"Had a very time sensitive project that was scheduled prior to closing on a property and, after closing - during the 1st day starting the project. I was told some parts of my floor are not good and, the support beam/joist were not in great shape. This was a huge blow to follow on a day after closing.
